Mjmart (mjmart.com.bd) is a shopping platform where you can browse, select and place orders by just a few clicks.
Agreement to the terms and conditions
By agreeing, accessing and using the site, including placing orders of products through the site, you agree that you will be subject to and will comply with the terms and conditions
(a) By completing your registration through the site; and
(b) Using the site to obtain products from us.
Registration
You must complete the customer registration process through the site before placing an order for products through the site.
You may not have more than one active account, and your account is non-transferable. You may update, edit or terminate your account at any time through the site. You may not have more than two accounts with different delivery addresses.
If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access the site, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies or protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities. You can also registration with your mobile number.
It is advised to log-in with your delivery location to avoid any kind of confusion for delivery places.
Product Promotions Policy
Please note that the delivery of promotional products or products with a special offer is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, then we request you to replace it with another product which is in stock. You may also cancel the order if you want.
Order Policy
There will be order limits set for certain products to ensure every customer can avail of the necessary products for daily consumption. Mjmart (mjmart.com.bd) is not a marketplace for business to business (B2B) transactions. Mjmart (mjmart.com.bd) is a marketplace for business to customer (B2C) transactions. It is instead an online shopping platform for personal consumption and usage. Thus, we highly discourage shopping with reselling or commercial motives.
Pricing, Availability and Order Processing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT and are listed on the Site by the seller that is selling the product or service. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
We do not offer price matching for any items sold by any seller on our Site or other websites.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site.
We list availability information for products listed on the Site, including on each product information page. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by a phone call or e-mail or SMS if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address before we accept the order.
Placing an Order for Products
You may order products by selecting and submitting your order through the site.
Any order placed through this site for a product to purchase the particular product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order.
We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the site. You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the site.
Delivery of Products
We will only deliver products ordered through the site to the specific location only within our delivery services. You may obtain further information on the site about our delivery time frames and how we deliver your products.
The delivery of any product is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, then we request you to replace it with another product which is in stock. You may also cancel the order if you want.
We will deliver the products to the front door at the relevant delivery address. If you ask us to deliver inside a premise or building at the delivery address, our delivery concern persons’ are strictly instructed not to go inside or any place except the front door.
If you are not the person collecting your ordered items, then your representative must provide us with proof of their identity. You acknowledge that we may record the details of any identification provided in relation to the collection of products.
Note that we don’t provide any same day delivery. Our all delivery done next day or 48 hour subject to order quantity. Standard delivery charge will applicable for every order. Charge may vary due to quantity & weight.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested product is not available if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site or an error in your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order without giving any reason(s). We also have the right to suspend or remove a user account without giving any notice or justification to the user. We will keep every unverified order for 6 (six) hours and make several attempts to verify. If there is no response, after that time the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivary & Payment Terms
ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারী পাবেন, পন্য হাতে পেয়ে টাকা পরিশোধ করবেন। পণ্য ভেদে ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ডেলিভারী খরচ ৬০ থেকে ১০০ টাকা হতে পারে, অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পন্য ডেলিভারী পাবেন।
বিঃ দ্রঃ যে কোন কারনে আপনি পন্য গ্রহন করতে না চাইলে ডেলিভারী চার্জ অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী ম্যানকে প্রদান করতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন।
ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে / সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারী নিতে পারবেন, ঢাকার বাহিরে হোম ডেলিভারী খরচ ১৫০ টাকা থেকে ২০০ টাকা হতে পারে পন্ন্য ভেদে।
ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে হোম ডেলিভারী খরচ– টাকা অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
৩ থেকে ৪ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডার কৃত পন্য হোম ডেলিভারী পাবেন । পন্যহাতে পেয়ে ডেলিভারী ম্যানের কাছে পন্যের টাকা জমা দিবেন।
ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস থেকে পন্য নিতে চাইলে ডেলিভারী খরচ ১০০ টাকা অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের অফিস থেকে পন্য গ্রহন করতে পারবেন । পন্যের টাকা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের অফিসে জমা দিবেন।
অর্ডার কনফার্মের জন্য নিচের নাম্বারে ডেলিভারী খরচ পাঠাতে হবে।
